Common Questions & Concerns

We understand that redevelopment projects raise questions. Here are answers to the most common concerns from our community.

How will construction noise and disruptions be managed?

Construction is limited to weekdays between 8am-5pm with no work on weekends or holidays. Additionally, we use noise-reducing equipment and techniques whenever possible. Particularly disruptive work is scheduled with advance notice to affected residents.

A detailed weekly construction schedule is posted every Friday in building lobbies and on our resident portal.

Will our monthly fees increase after the redevelopment?

While there will be a modest increase in monthly fees to support the enhanced amenities and services, this will be offset by significant reductions in utility costs thanks to our energy-efficient upgrades. The net impact on most residents will be minimal.

A detailed financial impact statement has been prepared for each unit type and is available from the management office.

What if there are problems with the renovations in my unit?

All work comes with a comprehensive 2-year warranty. Our dedicated quality assurance team conducts thorough inspections before, during, and after work in each unit. Additionally, residents will complete a satisfaction survey after work is completed.

A 24/7 maintenance hotline will be established specifically for addressing any issues related to the renovation work.

Will I be displaced during the renovation of my unit?

Most infrastructure work can be completed without resident displacement. For more extensive unit renovations, we've arranged for temporary accommodations at nearby partner hotels at no cost to residents. These stays typically last 3-5 days depending on the scope of work.

You'll receive at least 30 days' notice before any work requiring temporary relocation, with multiple scheduling options.

How will security be maintained during construction?

All construction personnel undergo background checks and wear visible ID badges at all times. Our security system has been enhanced with additional cameras in construction areas, and we've increased security staff during the project duration.

Access to residential areas requires security clearance, and construction zones are securely separated from living spaces.
