The most recent information about our ongoing redevelopment project.
We're pleased to announce that the electrical system upgrades in Buildings A and B are now 85% complete. The new 200-amp service will support modern appliances and smart home features while providing improved safety.
While our main community spaces are under renovation, we've opened a temporary community room in the Building C annex. This space is available for resident meetings and small gatherings.
The plumbing renovation in Building B will begin on October 20th. Water will be shut off in affected units from 9am-4pm each day for approximately 3 days. Detailed schedules have been distributed to all residents.
The interior design selections for the new lobby and common areas have been finalized. Renderings and material samples are available for viewing in the management office Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Due to equipment staging requirements, the north section of the main parking lot will be unavailable from October 15-30. Alternative parking arrangements have been made at the adjacent lot with shuttle service.
We're pleased to report that all core infrastructure upgrades in Building A have been successfully completed ahead of schedule. Final inspections are underway with excellent results so far.

We understand that redevelopment projects raise questions. Here are answers to the most common concerns from our community.
Construction is limited to weekdays between 8am-5pm with no work on weekends or holidays. Additionally, we use noise-reducing equipment and techniques whenever possible. Particularly disruptive work is scheduled with advance notice to affected residents.
While there will be a modest increase in monthly fees to support the enhanced amenities and services, this will be offset by significant reductions in utility costs thanks to our energy-efficient upgrades. The net impact on most residents will be minimal.
All work comes with a comprehensive 2-year warranty. Our dedicated quality assurance team conducts thorough inspections before, during, and after work in each unit. Additionally, residents will complete a satisfaction survey after work is completed.
Most infrastructure work can be completed without resident displacement. For more extensive unit renovations, we've arranged for temporary accommodations at nearby partner hotels at no cost to residents. These stays typically last 3-5 days depending on the scope of work.
All construction personnel undergo background checks and wear visible ID badges at all times. Our security system has been enhanced with additional cameras in construction areas, and we've increased security staff during the project duration.
